This is our forend for the Contender series frames. This forend fits the original Contender, G2 Contender and the SSK50 frames.

The body of the forend is constructed from Nylon12 - a high-strength, lightweight polymer known for its exceptional resistance to abrasion and chemicals. An integrated aluminum Picatinny / MIL-STD-1913 rail interface provides a solid mounting point for bipods and other accessories.

The forend comes with a hanger bar made from 6061 Aluminum as well as the hanger bar screws and a forend screw.

Length: this model travels 8.125" down the barrel when installed.

Weight (forend + hanger bar + screws): 5.1 ounces

Forend will accommodate barrels up to .824" diameter

T/C Contender Forend 7"

After purchasing one of their 1913 Picatinny Rail Pistol Grip for my older T/C G1 Contender, I decided to get a new forend. I contacted Sharps Bros with a question on what length forend would work best for my SSK 10" 300BO pistol. I got a reply the next day. This forend is perfect for my updated "tactical" T/C. I can now attach a bi-pod to my T/C. After some minor fitting (shaving off some material near the front of the frame) it fits perfectly. I am very happy with this 7" T/C Contender Forend and would recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their T/C.
