15" Full Top Rail MLOK Handguard (Includes Barrel Nut & Hardware).
Handguard is made of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized black per mil-spec MIL-A-8625F, TYPE III, CLASS 2. The barrel nut is 4140 PH steel.
Full top rail + MLOK slots on 7 other sides. Includes anti-rotation tabs.
Hand guard weighs 10.0 ounces. Barrel nut and hardware weigh an additional 2.6 ounces.
Installation:
Use standard castle nut wrench & torque wrench. We recommend Real Avid's castle nut tool (linked here: click here ) along with a torque wrench.
Torque barrel nut to 40-55 lbs. This is typically done 2-3 times, e.g. torque to 40-55lbs, then loosen, then torque again to 40-55lbs, then loosen, then torque to 40-55lbs one final time.
Hand tighten barrel nut/handguard screws using 1/8" hex drive. Then torque screws to 30-35 inch/lbs

This is my first ever AR Build & let me tell you, everything fit perfectly, I went with Full Sharpsbros upper, lower receivers & rail guard. Yes I could have bought a Ar for way cheaper but why break your head with mixing and trying to match parts when you already have parts that fit like a glove from these guys! The shipping was a little late when I paid for 2nd day shipping but it’s okay, the wait was worth it! The rifle is so lightweight it’s incredible
