Sizes S through 3XL are a 50/50 blend.  They are an athletic cut that uses combed cotton for a soft feel.  

I'm often asked if they run big or small. If I had to say, they run slightly small.  So if you are on the fence about what size to get, get the larger one.  - JSharps
